Who we are

Graphe (graphe.netlify.app) is a personal, noncommercial project built and maintained by Hamza Ali Doğan. This policy explains what data Graphe handles and why.

Information we collect

Account information: when you sign up with email and password, we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Content you save: chats, charts, canvases and images you choose to save are stored so you can return to your own work.

Usage counters: we keep simple counts of AI requests per account to enforce fair-use limits.

Your data files

The raw data files you upload to generate a chart (CSV, Excel, JSON) are never stored in our database. They stay in your browser. At the moment of generation, only the column names, column types and the first 5 rows are sent to the AI provider (Google Gemini or Groq) to produce your chart; all calculations on the full file happen in your browser.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to provide Graphe: to sign you in, keep your saved work tied to your account, generate charts, and send password reset emails you request.

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used to train any model.

Third-party services

Graphe relies on the following providers to operate: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and image storage), Google (sign-in and the Gemini AI model), Groq (AI model) and Gmail (password reset emails). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Data retention and deletion

Your saved content is kept until you delete it or your account. You can delete chats, charts and canvases from within the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email hamzaalidogantr@gmail.com and it will be removed.

Cookies

Graphe uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
